Terms of Use for End Users

Use of the Services is subject to this Terms of Use for End Users and GOALOUNGE's Terms of Service.

If not defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in GOALOUNGE's Terms of Service or the applicable contract (the "Agreement") between the customer, reseller or other authorized user ("You") and GOALOUNGE.

Note that the Super User may have access to your user account information, including your contact information. Specifically, subject to your Super User's privacy policies, your Super User may:

• View statistics regarding your account;
• Suspend or terminate your user account access and your ability to modify your account;
• Access or retain information stored as part of your user account such as your personal contact address including your phone and email address; and
• Receive account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

GOALOUNGE's other use of your information is governed by the GOALOUNGE Privacy Policy and the applicable privacy policies for specific services.

As an End User, you acknowledge and agree that

1. GOALOUNGE's Terms of Service governs Your use of the Services;
2. You have read, acknowledged and agreed to all terms mentioned in GOALOUNGE's Terms of Service; and
3. You are able to perform under and abide by the provisions and warrants of GOALOUNGE's Terms of Service.
